What Hazelchat does

Hazelchat is an AI chat agent for business websites. It answers visitors' questions from the pages, documents and written answers the business approved, shows the sources under every answer, and sends visitors to the business's chosen next step: booking, checkout, trial or enquiry.

How owners set it up

1. Create a free account at hazelchat.co and add the website.
2. Add website pages, searchable PDFs, Word documents, text files and written questions and answers.
3. Test the agent privately, then publish a reviewed version.

When it has no answer

If the approved content does not cover a question, the agent says so and offers the business's contact option instead of guessing.

Where it works

Hazelchat works on any website that allows a script. There are apps and plugins for WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Wix, Joomla, TYPO3, Contao, Craft CMS, Kirby, Drupal, Statamic and Concrete CMS.

What is not included

A live-chat inbox for human agents, phone or messaging-app channels, order lookup, CRM sync and multiple logins per workspace.
