The Concrete CMS add-on

The free Hazelchat add-on puts the chat on a Concrete CMS site without editing the theme. It works with Concrete CMS 9.3.2 and later.

Setup

1. Create a free Hazelchat account at hazelchat.co and add your website. Pick the pages it should answer from and try a few questions.
2. Install the add-on, open Dashboard > Hazelchat and paste your installation code. Save.
3. In Hazelchat, click Publish and switch on.

What the add-on changes

• It adds one script from app.hazelchat.co before the end of every public page.
• It adds no database tables and no blocks, and Concrete sends no requests to Hazelchat.
• The Dashboard and pages in edit mode never load the chat.
• Saving clears the page cache. Uninstalling removes the settings.
